Buffalo Chicken Wings

Ingredients

2 Sanderson Farms® Family Pack Chicken Wings, about 24 wings
1 cup hot pepper sauce
4 tablespoons butter, melted 
1/2 tablespoon white vinegar

Preparation

1.   Preheat oven to 425°F.
2.   Mix hot pepper sauce, butter and white vinegar in a small bowl.
3.   Line two baking sheets with aluminum foil.
4.   Place chicken wings on foiled baking sheets.
5.   Brush wings with ½ cup of hot sauce mixture.
6.   Bake wings, uncovered, in preheated 425°F oven 60 minutes.
7.   Raise oven temperature to 450°F.
8.   Brush wings with remaining ¾ cup hot sauce mixture.
9.   Bake wings another 15 minutes.
10. Serve with blue cheese dressing and with carrot and celery sticks.

Yield:  8 servings.
