Ingredients

2 Sanderson Farms® Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Fillets, cut into ¼-inch thick strips, 1 to 1½-inches long

1 Tablespoon corn starch

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

2 Tablespoons vegetable oil

1 (12-ounce) bag frozen stir-fry vegetables, heated in the microwave for 2 minutes

½ teaspoon minced garlic

⅓ cup stir-fry sauce

¼ cup water

2 Tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves

Cooked white rice

Directions

1. Mix chicken with corn starch, salt and black pepper.

2. Heat oil in a 12-inch wok or skillet over medium high heat.

3. Add chicken and brown about 3 minutes.

4. Add stir-fry vegetables and garlic.  Cook 1 minute.

5. Make a well in the center of the wok by pushing the chicken and vegetables to the side. Add the stir-fry sauce and water. Cook 1 minute or until bubbly. 

6. Coat chicken and vegetables with the sauce, cook 1 minute.

7. Turn heat off.  Stir in basil.

8. Serve over cooked white rice.
